		<description>That&#039;s really interesting, the strict control they place over  &lt;br&gt;everything puts a lot of pressure on employees and puts them in a  &lt;br&gt;really bad position, especially when the products don&#039;t work.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A lot of learning common workarounds and fixes comes by just playing  &lt;br&gt;with the software, which is sorely missing from the Apple equation here.</description>

		<description>well, i was working at apple this summer during the launch and i can tell you this: I went from being a happy employee to one who actually walked out during a shift.  i never once recommended mobile me to a single customer despite being trained to do so...the reason?  even though it discussed on a conceptual level, never did i get a chance to use the service for myself before being asked to sell it...Im sorry, but i am not going to try to sell a product i know little to nothing about....and then on top of that we were hearing from our customers that it didnt work...also, imagine this: the first time i touched the phones was when i was selling them...not even one hour was set aside for us to get familiar with them...</description>
