Use Tweetscan to Talk to Your Users
In a continuing effort to provide the best experience at Grooveshark, we try to talk to our users as much as possible, in every medium as possible.
We really like Tweetscan. It lets you essentially search Twitter as you would Google Alerts, and receive an email every day or instantly for every mention of Grooveshark on Twitter. You can set up to 5 keywords for free, and if you create another account, can get a hell of a lot more.
So once we receive these emails, we like to friend/follow/comment on feedback in the community and try to be as helpful as possible.
