Top 2007 Christmas Gadget Shopping Wishlit

This Christmas 2007, we have quite the round of goodies to be shopping for and putting on our wishlists.

Personally I like to stay on top of the latest gadgets, and have owned or considered purchasing each one of the items listed below, and they come with my highest recommendation (which means a lot from a guy that has owned over 12 cell phones this year).

ASUS Eee 4G Black $399

I just purchased myself a white model of these and absolutely love it. Everyone I show it to is amazed first by its small size, and then by its diminutive price-tag.

Through some rangling, you can get both Windows XP and even Mac OSX on this baby!

Only downside is the small screen and the black speakers on the sides, that make you wonder if they could fit in some more screen real estate.

iRobot 560 Roomba $349
iRobot 560 Roomba Vacuuming Robot, Black and Silver
I just ordered my first Roomba through woot for $99 (it’s a refurb’ed model) and will have some final conclusions on these guys.

Being a little short on cash, I couldn’t take the plunge on one of these guys, but I’m dying to try him out ! This model is supposed to have an improved vacuum, disposal techniques, and battery life.

I’m a real orderly guy and always look for things that can help me stay productive, and CLEAN, so I welcome this little guy to my family.

Garmin StreetPilot c330 Vehicle GPS $199
Garmin StreetPilot c330 Vehicle GPS Navigator
I had a Garm C320 last year while I was in Orlando for an internship and absolutely loved it. My girlfriend has a GPS, and we barely ever use it (it’s a Magellan).

This guy is extremely easy to use, and this new model will even give you traffic notifications and read out the street names to you — in a british voice, no less.

At this price, you should definitely not pass this baby up !

Pleo Dinosaur $349
Pleo Dinosaur - A Ugobe Life Form
Pleo is going to be the next Tickle-Me-Elmo, but a lot better !

He can learn over time, and can grow from a baby Pleo into an adult. When you pet him, he can feel the petting, and reacts like a real animal — it really is amazing.

Once these things hit mainstream and are available in retail stores, you’ll see them selling out really fast, and going into the arms of kids and …big kids everywhere.

Be sure to order before they sell out !

Blackberry Curve 8320 $99 (with 2 year contract)
BlackBerry 8320 Curve Titanium myFaves Phone (T-Mobile)

This is my most recent phone and I am really happy with it.

You have the great always-on email from Blackberry, you have a camera, you have an mp3 player, you have a 3.5mm (ipod size) headphone jack, and it looks pretty damn cool.

For this price, $99, you really can’t go wrong with this phone.

Also, with their $9.99 email, this is a must-have buy for that special you/someone on your list :)

The Wifi really isn’t anything to write home about, so don’t worry if you won’t use it.

Hopefully you’ve enjoyed this gift guide, and please let us know what’s on your wishlist this Christmas 2007 in the comments below !
