Gabbly.com – Customized Chat Box for Any URL

Well, I just stumbled upon a great new startup — Gabbly.com. (See SiliconBeat)

Gabbly.com allows you to create a chat window for any website you visit. Simply put gabbly.com/url to create a chat window for that particular url. (ie gabbly.com/google.com)

I think this chat window can be great for generating some live discussion for current news issues, blog post discussions, and I’m sure there are plenty of spam related uses. In fact, there was someone spamming on the gabbly.com chat. So now Gabbly needs to deal with that issue.

The great part about Gabbly is you don’t need to create an account. As soon as you go into the chat, you are assigned a nick gabber123, etc. and then you can change your username via the name box.
