Fat Blogging Vol. 5: Workout in the Morning

Okay, volume 5, done.

For me it’s really tough to get the motivation to work-out at the end of the day.

You can either go home and watch The Office or you can go to the gym for an hour …f that.

And I know I just told you to to go the gym to watch The Office, but that’s after you’ve already lost the battle !

I like to consider working out the hardest part of my day; sure, my job can be stressful at times, but it’s using my mind, and being information managers, using our minds are easy.

So I like to start my day out with my biggest challenge, working out, and once I’ve worked out, I feel like anything I do the rest of the day is just icing on the cake.

You have no guilt about not going on the gym, you don’t think about it at work, etc.

So go to the gym in the morning, okay?
