A lot of people hate to work out, but love to work, so why not turn working out into work?
To get you into the right groove, start out slow.
Come to the gym with your blackberry in hand, and sit down at the exercise bike and answer emails for 30 minutes.
Once you get sick of playing on your phone, you’ll already be 30 minutes into your workout and can spend the remaining 30 minutes doing some random free weight exercises.
Also, another trick is to go to the gym when your favorite tv show is on. So say you go to the gym on a Thursday night at 9. Hop on infront of a treadmill where The Office is playing, and bam, 1 hour later, you’ll have done an hour of cardio without blinking an eye.
