
Well, I must admit it, I do love my pizza !
So does that mean I’m doomed to be overweight forever? Hardly.
I have two options:
Never eat pizza
Who likes this option? You’ll just end up depriving yourself as long as you can, and then you’ll burst and order like 5 pizzas and destroy any progress you’ve made, bad idea.
Work-out and eat all the pizza I want
This is the option I opt for, I work out everyday, and thus enable myself to eat all of the pizza (in moderation) I can handle. As long as you are burning off more calories than you consume, you are winning the battle of the bulge.
I’m going to address the importance of working out smart later in these posts, but any workout plan is better than none.
By the way, if you’ve never been to South Beach, you MUST go to Pizza Rustica; it’s absolutely to-die-for.
