Well it looks there’s more reason to book JetBlue, besides their great customer service, reliable flights, and …profitability.
JetBlue will be offering Yahoo! email as well as IM service to customers once they reach 10,000 feet. Additionally, through a deal brokered with RIM, Blackberry 8820 (Verizon/Sprint) and Curve 8320 (T-Mobile) will be able to access their email as well.
Personally, I know there’s nothing I hate more than being without my blackberry access on the flight, and spend my time fiddling through my archived emails.
JetBlue is really an amazing company that realizes what it takes to compete in the airline industry — not just on price, but on value, value, value, but let’s see if that can pull them out of their recent crash in the market.
