When I have a new article, I like to submit it to either Reddit or
Stumbleupon and based on where I submit it, I know users are going to
then submit it to the other service.

When you're still building a community it can be tough to rely on
users to simply submit stuff, you have to have a user base that is
used to submitting articles.
