So the key to growing any business is learning to leverage your time to make you the most money and the reason I decided to start building an Internet business is because of the sheer fact that I can make money while I sleep. This type of setup allows me to live the lifestyle I want, I wake up when I want to know, and go to sleep when I’m tired. So I wanted to share some of the things I’m outsourcing with you.

This is one of the most important elements of any business. Properly executed, you can turn an SEO campaign into thousands of free money every month. All of my sites are extremely well optimized, and I get around 50,000 unique visitors every month from SEO campaigns I setup myself.

But I realized early on that I didn’t want to be stuck writing the same repetitive articles, and submitting my sites to thousands of web 2.0 sites and directories and starting employing a link building company. I have 3 eCommerce sites I’m developing right now and the biggest drain on my time, while setup up the site has been on creating content. We have more than 20,000 SKUs and we need to write a short 100 word description for each product.

So what did we do? We went to eLance, setup a job, and now we’re paying someone out in the Philippines to write the articles for $3/hr.

This has quadrupled by productivity and given me more time to spend finding the next niche to target for my eCommerce network.
