How to Buy Don Draper’s Sunglasses

It was my birthday yesterday, and I decided to buy myself a gift: Don Draper’s sunglasses.

First, thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday.

Now, deciding it was okay to treat myself, I went searching for Mr. Draper’s sunglasses at the Millennia mall in Orlando. It’s one of the larger malls in America, and has all the requisite high-end shops: Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, etc.

After an hour of looking, I decided to give up and just Google it.

Mad Men Sunglasses

Apparently, true to Mad Men form, the glasses are actually from the 1950s. The glasses Don wears are produced for the Air Force by American Optics, and the best part is they’re only $43!
