I was doing some research on the site MerchantCircle.com and found a great example of the power of the Internet and why small businesses need to take control of their brand and online identity. As I’m sure you’re aware, there’s a site that has online videos called Lubetube.com. There is also an auto repair shop in Spokane, Washington. Ouch.
