Do link wheels work and if so, how do link wheels work? For my blog, I used one of the link wheel packages from SEOLinkWheelers.com to target the keyword “link wheel” and I am now #1 for that term.

You’ll have to check quickly, as rankings for new keywords are quickly changing, but for the time being, WiseStartupBlog.com is #1 for the term “link wheel”.
How did I do it? Link wheels.
Using the Platinum package on SEO Link Wheelers, which is a total of 119 backlinks, the team created 116 different articles on different Web 2.0 sites, Press release sites, and a blog network of PR3 blogs.
What they did was write a 200 word article on my original blog post, How To Increase Your SERPs With SEO Link Wheels. All of the content was 100% unique, and all of the links are dofollow.
Blog Posts

SEO Link Wheelers has a network of 45 PR3+ blogs that they use within each of their link wheel projects. This is really what makes their link wheels so good. Unlike other providers who are using the same web 2.0 sites, by incorporating blogs into the linking structure, it makes the links look much more natural.
Here is a link to one of the link wheel blog posts.
Article Directories
Everybody knows that article directories have been one of the best sources for generating backlinks for sites since the dawn of the Internet. These are tightly edited sites that catalog articles on tons of different topics. You have probably been to a few of them like eHow.com, PRlog.org, etc.
For the link wheel, SEO Link Wheelers created 19 200 word articles on a variety of different press release sites, further adding to the natural, diverse nature of the links.

Web 2.0 Sites
The SEO Link Wheelers team created new blogs under a number of popular Web 2.0 sites, sites like WordPress.org, Squidoo, etc. Since these new sites are associated with the main domain, it lends more authority to these sites and increases the chances of the sites being indexed by Google more quickly, creating better backlinks for your target site.

Link Wheels Definitely Work
So that’s it, that’s my story, and I hope you believe me that link wheels do work. That being said, not all link wheels are the same. I’ve had some bad experience at DigitalPoint with link wheels that have used spun content, and completely spammed the web 2.0 sites only to have my linkwheels disappear after a couple of days.
Also, a good reason to consider working with a company like SEO Link Wheelers is that their sole job is managing these random web 2.0 sites, blog networks, etc. And I don’t know about you, but I have better things to spend my time on. So leave it up to the experts, and just learn how to best optimize your time and money for bigger and better projects.
Thanks again for reading, and let us know in the comments your experience with link wheels, good or bad.
