Google’s Violating their Adwords AND Adsense TOS

Was just browsing around the web and decided to click on an Adsense ad just to see where it would take me, and boy was I surprised. I landed on some sort of affiliate / doorway page that Google is running.

I know according to their TOS they forbid any publisher from running a page like this, so if you can explain the double-standard, I’m all ears.

this page appears to be nothing but ads, with a handy navigation menu on the left hand side with categories like “iPhone iPod”, and then another ad at the bottom, a nice big 728×90.
